Only upload photos and notes you have permission to use. Avoid confidential, private, medical, financial, legal, student, patient, employee, or customer information unless you have the right to submit it.
For workplace use, the user or business is responsible for getting any required permission from employees, customers, patients, students, visitors, or property owners before uploading photos.
User edits, deleted fixes, saved task changes, feedback, thumbs ratings, and app behavior may be used to improve Potonotes answers, labels, and app behavior for this app only.
Potonotes does not control every third-party AI provider's independent data practices. Review the selected provider's terms before using your own provider key.
Potonotes is not intended for children under 13. Do not upload children's information, student records, patient records, or similar sensitive records unless you have proper permission.
Recent scans, thumbnails, cached AI results, saved tasks, API key choice, and feedback are stored on this device unless you choose to share, export, or submit them through the app.
